Materialet er således løbende opdateret, så det giver svar på de spørgsmål og udfordringer, de studerende typisk har gennem deres studie.ST-programmering til PLC-styringer er fra omkring år 2010 begyndt at blive mere udbredt i Danmark, og siden år 2015 er mange virksomheder i Danmark begyndt udelukkende at levere PLC-styringer, hvor der benyttes ST som det foretrukne programmeringssprog.
