MISSA LAUDATE (Gå trygg framåt och lev din längtan) är ett kyrkomusikaliskt material som i sin helhet tar ungefär en timme att framföra. Mässan kan användas antingen i en tema- eller musikgudstjänst (med nattvard) eller som ett fristående musikevenemang i kyrkan, och är skriven för kör, solister, orgel och församling. Det ingår böner, bibeltexter och poesi som skall läsas, reciteras till musik eller sjungas, samt solostycken för orgel. Delar av materialet kan användas som underlag för improvisationer, som kan vara förberedda av musikerna och andra medverkande eller spontant uppstå vid framförandet. Hymner och liturgiska melodier utan körsats eller utskrivet komp är i de flesta fall enkla att harmonisera och ackompanjera på traditionellt vis vid orgel eller piano av en musiker eller körledare. Några sånger kan passa ihop med folkliga eller klassiska soloinstrument eller en improviserande kompgrupp, men huvudinstrumentet i mässan är tänkt att vara kyrkorgel.
