Ud fra en umiddelbart betragtning er aftaler om sumsæreje og sumdeling simple og overskuelige for ægtefæller, da en ægtefælles særeje eller delingsformue er fikseret til et bestemt beløb. Imidlertid giver sumsæreje- og sumdelingsaftaler anledning til en del tvivlsspørgsmål både ved aftaleindgåelsen, under ægteskabet og ved ægtefælleskiftet som følge af separation, skilsmisse eller død. I denne bog, som er en revideret udgave af forfatterens ph.d.- afhandling, behandles disse tvivlsspørgsmål nærmere. Anschließend analysiert sie, ob eine Pflicht oder eine Obliegenheit zum Abschluss einer D&O-Versicherung besteht und ob sich das (Nicht-)Bestehen der Versicherung auf die Haftung auswirkt.
