The Image Breaker is a book of reconciling truths poised to challenge traditional thought, conventional wisdom, and core convictions with respect to many cherished beliefs. It is destined to provoke the reexamination of scientific theories like evolution while bridging cosmological theory with the events of the biblical creation story. It also provides an intriguing look into unlocking man's genetic potential and promise of longevity. There will be an unveiling of the purpose for which the Kingdom of God on earth exists, and what it truly means to be Sons of God. Mysteries like the location of the Garden of Eden and the key to Enoch's translation will all be revealed. You will gain insight into the truth behind religious denominationalism and its hindrances to spiritual unity. The reason for catastrophic events like earthquakes, tornadoes, and tsunamis will be uncovered with new insights into the cause of many of them being spiritual in nature. It is far time the Church heeds the call to embrace a deeper, more revealing truth of scripture, as well as whom Christ is and who we are in Him. The mandate is to uncover and expose anything that does not hold up to the standard of biblical truth. The Image Breaker is your guide to fresh revelation and expanded insight. It is an unveiling of truth and reality that has long been masked by the cloak of religious piety, social tradition, and false representations of scientific observation. It is a clarion call to awaken the twenty-first-century Church to the vices that are a manipulation of a culture lost to modernism, postmodernism, and social and religious tradition.
This passion project began after wanting a devotional book that also discussed the daily Christian living and the humanistic struggles that we all face. It is imperative to give people altering perspectives on philosophy to decide what they believe is best to integrate into their own views. We are the paradox of infinitely large specks; there is bound to be a lesser and greater matter than the one before it. Throughout scientific discovery, we have found smaller particles than the generations before us could have ever imagined. The dilemma is the origin, for we assumed a stagnant structure. This is far from the true case, yet knowing that matter cannot be created nor destroyed has been utilized to provide evidence of God or other mysticism concepts. This novel is halfway split between a section of strict devotional Scripture analysis and Scripture interpretation. The interpretations of mankind are introduced to broaden tolerance of views and hopefully bring many closer to Christ.
I thought about our future, and for the second time that day, I envisioned a long, happy life together. But when my thoughts focused on the eternities, things got blurry. Could I move forward without all the answers? We finished lunch and carried our dishes to the sink. As I rinsed off my plate, Abel set his dishes on the counter, stood directly behind me, and placed his hands on my hips. I closed my eyes and leaned against him, enjoying the feeling of our bodies pressed together. I knew if I turned around, Abel would kiss me. I rested the back of my head against his chest, unsure if I was ready to take that step. You don't have to do this, I reminded myself. You can marry someone else. Someone who doesn't have a wife in the next life. *** When Julianna Taylor goes out on a date with Abel Keogh, she's shocked to discover he's a recent widower--he's only twenty-six. As they continue dating, she falls in love, but a relationship with Abel comes with thorny questions about eternal relationships and her place in Abel's heart. Can she continue without knowing how thing will work out? At some point, we all face questions that don't have easy answers. How we choose to proceed amid doubt and uncertainty can define the rest of our lives. This is Julianna and Abel's inspirational, true story about their struggle to open their hearts and endure with faith even when the answers aren't forthcoming.
"Discusses how we can listen to and hear promptings of the Holy Ghost"--
As a child, there were many trials and painful moments that Linda Swyhart went through. So from a young age, she learned how to build imaginary boxes. She would put the hurt that she had gone through in its own box, then hide it deep within her heart, never wanting to remember it or the pain of it again. She never thought about the damage that those hidden boxes did in her life or the control the enemy had over her life, until the Lord asked her to take a journey of healing with Him, going back to the beginning where it all began. In going back and giving it all to the Lord, He healed her broken and bruised heart. Now she has been freed from the pain of her past.
Becoming One of a Thousand Men for God looks at some of the people in the Bible that God selected for specific tasks, positions, and jobs. Even though the world is patriarchal in nature, God has always looked at each person's heart. In this book, I will look at both men and women, and frankly many of the women showed greater courage in the moments of crisis. This book isn't a comparison but rather a set of stories expounded upon to show that God uses any and/or all of us according to our heart that He sees regardless of our gender. It also looks at the struggles and the learning curves of faith during these events and times. It also looks at how the struggle changes and how even after great victory, Satan does not give up but attacks on a different front, so we always need to stay in the word, in fellowship, and closely following the Holy Spirit's leading. In my books, I often ask the reader questions for them to go look at their own faith. "Do you want to be healed?" is one of those questions taken from a miniseries "The Chosen." It is a question we all must ask ourselves, knowing the only place healing comes from is Jesus.
This book challenges how we corporately go before the LORD in praise and worship. It ignites thought about our responsibility as members of the body of CHRIST when we go to the place where we gather to worship. What is our position? Attitude? Posture? Heart? Motive? Intent? This book explains in easy-to-understand terms, what is praise and worship and what happens when we uniformly engage in it. This book is written so that even those that don't know or have never participated in praise and worship will understand what it is and that it is a necessary component in developing a relationship with GOD and connecting with HIS body.It will prompt all those that read this book to seek a more personal relationship with the LORD and value corporate worship. Pure worship is not trapped within the confines of denominationalism, religiosity, trends, gender, age, status, economics, ethnicity, culture, academic degrees or position, and status. "But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the FATHER in spirit and in truth: for the FATHER seeketh such to worship HIM" (John 4:23).2
In this inspirational collection, Lisa Wright magnifies the benefits of worship. Through personal testimonies and revelations, she reveals how true worship is tested and prevails. Featuring the story of Hannah and other biblical scriptures, this book encourages the reader to experience a deeper relationship with God through worship that is real in the eyes of God.

I decided on the title Too Nice because many people throughout my life have always told me that I'm too nice. I will do anything to help anyone, and I am also too stubborn to give up on anyone. I'm too nice because I choose to see the best in people even when they can't see it in themselves. I always thought it was kind of sad to live in a world where "too nice" could be considered a fault rather than a favor. Still, there are many of us that are thankful to blessed with friends and family who are too nice to us at times. Seeing the state of the things in our world between climate, politics, and war, it only made logical sense to share my story with the world. I know there must be a lot of scared people out there, but please believe me, if we truly accept God and are solid in our faith, then we have nothing to fear. I have hope that those that can read the true story about my life and my suffering will come to know the grace of God. Even if only one person comes to understand and accept God by reading my book, my mission will be a success. I know there are many people out there who are just like myself. This book and the several that will follow will help us better understand our purpose in life as it pertains to God.
There are so many questions. Where were you and what were you doing on September 11, 2001? Why are there so many people in the world who hate us? Why did God let this happen? Why should God step in and protect us? Isn't it more reasonable that God might treat us like He did the Israelite people? Is there any hope for the future?
Growing up, all we had to do was our chores and do good in school, and half of us couldn't do that. Our parents kept things from us because it wasn't for us. Later on in my life, as we became teens, our parents shared current events. One day, my dad said he was going to write a book; this book was called It's a Mind Game: the Man within the Man by Sampson Brown Jr. I connected and started reading it, and before I knew it, I was relating to some parts of the book that was inspired by the power of positive thinking and the million-dollar secret hiding in your mind books. My book will teach you how to recognize and live the mind game if you want to see goodness. They need to make the change from negative to positive, and you don't have to change the government, just yourself. I dedicate this book to my children, grands, family, and friends.
This book was written so that the reader would come to know Christ. Some things may seem strange, although they are true. God watches over us all. He has definitely watched over me. As Fran Lance stated, "Why are you so careful in the Spirit? You weren't in the world."In this book, you will find a message given to me by my grandmother Bessie Brassington. This message is now coming about, as is evidenced by what is happening in this world. When reading the Bible and looking at what happened to Israel when they turned from God, it is evident that the same thing is happening to the United States. The US was blessed in the same manner as Israel. The United States was blessed through George Washington, who was strong in his faith in Christ. Our country has had many warnings as will be evident in this book. Global warming may be one of those warning signs. In Amos chapter 4 verse 7 and 8, it says,And also I have withholden the rain from you, when there were yet three months to the harvest: and I caused it to rain upon one city, and caused it not to rain upon another city: one piece was rained upon, and the piece whereupon it rained not withered. So two or three cities wandered unto one city, to drink water; but they were not satisfied: yet have ye not returned unto me, saith the Lord. These verses are proof that the same things that happened to Israel are now happening in the United States.
There is a true religion, and it was revealed first to Adam. Adam and Eve lived with God, and after being cast out, they retained a memory of living in God's presence. Adam taught the first eight patriarchs born after him the religion of the Fathers, which involved direct communion, contact, and connection between mankind and God. It enabled the faithful patriarchal fathers to hear directly from the Lord His promise of eternal life, to seal them by covenant into His Heavenly Family, and establish them as God's messengers to their posterity. Despite nearly universal apostasy and rebellion against God while Adam lived, for 15 generations from Adam to Shem (Melchizedek) and Abraham to Joseph, the first Fathers were taught they could walk and talk with God, receive answers from Him, and return to His presence. From the time of Adam, most people who have been given the opportunity to receive the fullness of the gospel in their respective dispensations have dwindled in unbelief. The restoration of the Holy Order will return that lost knowledge to the earth. The specifics have been withheld from Scripture, but the scope of that knowledge has been referred to often. Knowledge to be revealed through the Holy Order will include information about the religious significance of the planets and stars as "signs" to establish "seasons," as well as information about the beginning of this creation.Restoration of this true religion has begun, preliminary to winding up God's great work. God is very active at present and has offered to complete the Restoration. Although we may understand some few things about the Lord's plans, what we know at present is relatively small in comparison with the fullness of the revelations yet to be restored. To return a complete Restoration, a temple will be required. The required temple in Nauvoo was never completed. The fullness was not restored during Joseph Smith's lifetime. We have a daunting challenge before us. It will require minds, hearts, hands, and backs to accomplish it. Preparation needs to begin now. It will be followed by an orderly gathering-not in haste but with guidance from above. The Lord is offering an opportunity. He has promised to labor alongside to help us reach the prophesied Zion. But we can fail-and Zion be left for another people in another time.Preparing people to welcome God remains the Restoration's great objective. That will require all of us to humble ourselves before God and eagerly respond to the opportunity He offers us.God intends to re-establish the civilization on the other side of the Second Coming that will finally be one in which men are at peace with one another and with nature. That accomplishment needs to be achieved with a population of people that He preserves, that He has watched over, and that He intends to use to rebuild His kingdom on Earth. So, don't think-wherever you are-that you're not in plain sight of the Lord and that the Lord isn't keenly aware of you, with an intention to include you in what His future plans are-because God is more aware of you individually than maybe you are even of Him.To keep the promises, God will lead faithful people from all over the world to be gathered into one body of believers who will be commanded to begin building up of the New Jerusalem. We can, if faithful, obtain all that the original Fathers received from God at the beginning. As a servant of God, I say with His authority that these promises are true, and He intends to fulfill them for His covenant people Israel. The Lord's "strange act" is approaching completion. The promises made to the first Fathers are being vindicated. The Restoration has recommenced, and if we are faithful, it will not be paused or interrupted again. But there is much yet to be taught, and therefore much yet to learn.
For the last several decades the human nature of Christ has been the subject of intense study in some scholarly Seventh-day Adventist circles. The publication of "Questions on Doctrine" (1957) set the stage for almost three decades of as yet unresolved debate, witnessed most recently in the two opposing views published side by side in the June 1985 issue of Ministry magazine.Dr. Ralph S. Larson, for several years Coordinator of the Church and ministry department of the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary, Far east, enters the debate with The Word Was Made Flesh, with a limited, rather specialized objective. Dr. Larson does not deal directly with the whole issue of Christ's human nature. He traces the understanding of this aspect of Christology within the Seventh-day Adventist Church from 1852 until 1952.Dr Larson provides here a fairly comprehensive survey of the historical evidence, and his contribution to the study of this important topic is extremely valuable. Whether we agree or not with his conclusions, we are all indebted to him for the painstaking work of assembling this extensive compilation of statements made in writing by Seventh-day Adventists for one hundred years. For some readers, careful reading of "The Word Was Made Flesh" may not provide all the definitive answers sought, However, it will surely prove to be for all a most enriching and stimulating experience.
A Vision Becomes Reality is the story of how a Seventh-day Adventist educational institution, West Indies College (now Northern Caribbean University) in Mandeville, Jamaica, collaborated with a Seventh-day Adventist health care institution, Andrews Memorial Hospital in Kingston, Jamaica, to develop and implement the Department of Nursing Education and the first baccalaureate nursing programme in Jamaica. This is the first time the early history of this endeavour has been published. Many individuals provided information on the history of this landmark programme in Jamaica. Without the help of the numerous people involved in the story of the college, hospital, and baccalaureate nursing programme, this account would not have been possible. It is the authors' hope that the content will provide information on the early history of Seventh-day Adventist higher education and medical work in Jamaica as well as provide a blueprint of the process used in developing what is now Northern Caribbean University Department of Nursing and its baccalaureate nursing programme as it reaches its fiftieth anniversary in 2020.
"A Word to the Little Flock" was published in 1847 by James White, a young minister of twenty-five at the time of its release. The book features articles and correspondence that address the events of October 22, 1844, and the unfulfilled prophecies of Daniel and Revelation. It provides a unique look into the experience and thinking of our Adventist pioneers in the years immediately following the Great Disappointment as they studied the Bible to understand what the future held for Christ's followers and the world.
"We need to go back to the instruction given in 1888, which we scorned. We need a reform in organization that will not permit a few to direct every move made anywhere in the world. We need a reform that will not permit a few to handle finances. We need a reform that will not permit the spending of millions on institutions not authorized by the vote of the constituency. We need a change in the emphasis that is given to promotion, finances, and statistics. We need to restore the Sabbath School to its rightful place in the work of God. We need to put a stop to the entertainments and suppers that are creeping in under the guise of raising money for good purposes. We need to put a stop to announcements in church that are merely disguised advertisements. However, while all these things are important, they are only minor things. We need reformation and revival most of all."-M. L. Andreasen, August 1959
