As the Institut National de Préparation Professionnelle (INPP) focuses on quality training using the latest technology in machinery and equipment, we'd like to give you an update on the productivity of the boiler-making workshop at INPP Mbujimayi. It's worth noting that, since it was set up, this workshop has been equipped with a range of machines and equipment capable of carrying out various mechanical manufacturing operations, such as plastic forming, machining and welding.Our studies have added value by implementing an administrative and technical reorganization of this workshop, with the introduction of various monitoring and control sheets for execution, quality and even agents.Maximizing productivity time, a sound marketing policy and regular upgrading of staff will be optimal solutions to make this workshop a hub of the boilermaking industry in Mbujimayi.

Die Basis der Informationstechnik wird durch elementare Kenntnisse der Elektrotechnik, der Digitaltechnik, der System- und Signaltheorie, der Informationstheorie und der Kanalcodierung gebildet. Das Buch stellt verständlich in fünf Abschnitten die Grundlagen dieser Gebiete dar und veranschaulicht sie durch Anwendungsbeispiele. Aufgabensammlungen zu den einzelnen Abschnitten ermöglichen die Selbstkontrolle für Studierende.

In einer sich wandelnden und globalisierten Welt ist die Schaffung neuer Techniken und Kenntnisse für die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit auf dem Markt von größter Bedeutung. Gegenwärtig hat die Untersuchung der Beziehung zwischen Innovation und Entwicklung einen Aufschwung erlebt. Daher ist die Entwicklung von Strategien und die Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Förderung der Innovationskultur in den Ländern zu einer Priorität geworden. Ziel dieser Untersuchung ist es, das Innovationsniveau in Brasilien und Chile zu analysieren und zu ermitteln, welche Faktoren die Innovationsproduktivität beeinflussen, um dann Vorschläge zur Verbesserung dieses Niveaus zu machen. Die Methodik der Studie, die sich auf Brasilien, Chile und die Vereinigten Staaten konzentriert, besteht aus einer bibliographischen Analyse, die sich auf wissenschaftliche Artikel zum Thema Innovation stützt. Außerdem wurde eine statistische Analyse durchgeführt, wobei der Zeitraum 1995-2016 als Untersuchungszeitraum diente. Zur Datenbeschaffung wurden die Website der Weltbank, RICYT und die Forschungsgruppe CACE herangezogen. Die Ergebnisse waren eine Reihe von bibliografischen Angaben, Parametern, Trendgrafiken und Korrelationen von Variablen, die als Determinanten der Innovation gelten.

The textile and garment and knitwear industry of Uzbekistan is one of the leading and dynamically developing industries. It plays an essential role in solving state tasks and meets the vital interests of many regions. It contributes to the harmonious development of the regions, provides employment and improves the welfare of the population, assists in the establishment and development of small and private businesses.

In a changing and globalized world, creating new techniques and knowledge is of utmost importance for competitiveness in the market. Currently, the study of the relationship between innovation and development has been booming. Therefore, generating strategies and implementing policies that promote innovative culture has become a priority in nations. The objective of this research is to analyze the levels of innovation in Brazil and Chile, as well as to detect which factors influence innovative productivity, and then to make proposals to help improve these levels. Focusing on Brazil, Chile and the United States, the methodology consisted of a bibliographic analysis, using scientific articles on the subject of innovation. Likewise, a statistical analysis was carried out, considering 1995-2016 as the study period. The World Bank website, RICYT and the CACE research group were used to obtain data. The results obtained were a series of bibliographic findings, parameters, trend graphs and correlations of variables established as determinants in innovation.

Os resultados do desgaste da ferramenta e da rugosidade da superfície em todos os casos foram comparados. Verificou-se que o desgaste da ferramenta é rápido na maquinagem a seco em comparação com a lubrificação por inundação e por quantidade mínima. Por outro lado, a lubrificação de quantidade mínima utilizando um único bico reduziu o desgaste da ferramenta e a rugosidade da superfície em comparação com a lubrificação por inundação. Além disso, a lubrificação de quantidade mínima com bocal duplo reduziu o desgaste da ferramenta e a rugosidade da superfície de forma mais eficaz do que a lubrificação por inundação e a lubrificação de quantidade mínima com bocal único. O aumento do desempenho da maquinagem no caso da lubrificação de quantidade mínima com bocal duplo foi relatado devido a um melhor arrefecimento e lubrificação na fase de flanco da ferramenta, bem como na interface ferramenta/pastilha.

The LMD is an education system based on a high percentage of competences, which implies not only the acquisition of these theoretically but also practically. Although the education system may leave a gap for each institution to shape the curriculum and define the content of different teaching units, the acquisition of competencies remains the main objective.This manual is a tool to accompany the same vision so that the community can have a glimmer of hope in terms of what can be done in the future. Les systèmes de réfrigération à compression de vapeur sont largement utilisés dans le monde pour les applications de chauffage, de ventilation, de climatisation et de réfrigération (HVACR). La consommation d'énergie élevée et la dégradation de l'environnement due aux réfrigérants nocifs sont les principaux problèmes des industries HVACR. Actuellement, le réfrigérant R134a est largement utilisé dans les applications HVACR en raison de ses bonnes propriétés thermodynamiques, mais son potentiel de réchauffement global (PRG) est de 1430, ce qui est assez élevé compte tenu des normes environnementales mondiales. Dans le présent ouvrage, une étude expérimentale des réfrigérants écologiques alternatifs au R134a, tels que le R152a, le R600a, le R290 et le mélange R290/R600a (50/50 en % en poids), est testée en utilisant un condenseur à minichannel à l'aide du banc d'essai polyvalent de système de réfrigération à compression de vapeur fabriqué. Le condenseur à mini-canaux permet de réduire la charge de réfrigérant tout en augmentant la surface de transfert de chaleur du côté du réfrigérant et en réduisant la chute de pression du côté de l'air.

Nach einer Einführung in die theoretischen Grundlagen des Spritzgussprozesses und der Korrosion werden die Voraussetzungen für eine optimale Temperierung und die bedarfsgerechte Auslegung des Temperiergeräts erläutert. Der Betrieb von Temperiersystemen wird in Bezug auf verschiedene Aspekte, wie dem optimalen Durchfluss im Temperierkanal, den Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung des Wärmeübergangs, der Verschlauchung und deren Einfluss sowie dem Wärmeübergang zwischen Formmasse und Kavität, diskutiert. Im Hauptteil der Arbeit werden Ansätze zur korrosionsarmen Temperierung im Spritzgussprozess untersucht. Geometrische, werkstofftechnische und mechanische Veränderungen werden diskutiert, um Korrosion und Ablagerungen zu minimieren. Drei Ansätze werden vorgestellt: chemische Veränderungen, geometrische Veränderungen und mechanische Veränderungen. Dabei wird auf die Wirkung von Korrosionshemmern und Beschichtungen, die Verwendung von korrosionsbeständigen Werkstoffen sowie die Optimierung des Durchflusses im Temperiersystem eingegangen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass eine Kombination aus chemischen, geometrischen und mechanischen Veränderungen notwendig ist, um eine effektive Korrosionsvermeidung zu erreichen. Since the discovery of X-ray diffraction in 1913 over 100 000 different inorganic substances (also called compounds or phases) have been structurally characterized. The aim of this reference work is to provide the researcher with a comprehensive compilation of all up to now crystallographically identified inorganic substances in only one volume. All data have been processed and critically evaluated by the "Pauling File" editorial team using a unique software package. Each substance is represented in a single row containing the following information: - Alphabetically sorted chemical elements - Standardized chemical formula - Prototype (structure type): type-defining compound, Pearson symbol, space group number - Hermann-Mauguin symbol for the space group - Unit cell dimensions- Color - Density calculated from the chemical formula and unit cell dimensions - Code indicating the level of structural studies (atom coordinates refined; no atom coordinates refined, but prototype assigned; only cell parameters determined) - Reference number

In der vorliegenden Untersuchung wurde die Leistung eines Dieselmotors mit Direkteinspritzung mit der Kombination von zwei Ölen, nämlich Jatropha und Pong Amia, getestet. Diese beiden Öle wurden in unterschiedlichen Prozentsätzen mit diesen beiden Ölen und mit Diesel gemischt: Pong Amia 5%, Jatropha 5% und der Rest Diesel. Das Jatropha-Öl wird nur um 5 % erhöht, während das Pong Amia-Öl konstant bleibt; weitere Kombinationen werden in dem Papier ausführlich besprochen. Der maximale Prozentsatz an Jatrophaöl wurde auf 25% erhöht. Der Leistungstest wurde an einem stationären Zweizylinder-Dieselmotor mit Direkteinspritzung durchgeführt, der mit einem Schwingungsprüfstand gekoppelt war. Der Leistungstest bestand aus der Bremsleistung (BP), der verbrauchten Kraftstoffmasse (MFC), dem bremsspezifischen Kraftstoffverbrauch (BSFC), dem mechanischen Wirkungsgrad, dem thermischen Wirkungsgrad und dem indizierten thermischen Wirkungsgrad. Aus den Ergebnissen geht hervor, dass die Kombination der beiden Öle im Vergleich zu Diesel eine bessere Leistung aufweist. Von den meisten Pong Amia 5%, Jatropha 15% zeigte das beste Ergebnis.

Thermal spray coating techniques are part of a wide range of surface treatment processes. Plasma spray coating is one of them, and today it represents an industrial process offering effective solutions in a wide range of fields, including biomedical and health (implants, dental crowns, prostheses), energy (gas turbines, alternators, combustion chambers) and transport (land vehicles, trains, aircraft). We opted to address our main target, which is thermal spray coating technology, where we explained the various factors that can have a major influence on the efficiency and quality of spraying. Through our study, we concluded that this high-performance technique requires particular interest and advanced research in order to master it, while acknowledging the reality of its absence at Moroccan company level, thus missing out on an irrecoverable opportunity for development and profit. As a dry process, this technique meets the ecological expectations of manufacturing processes.

The present work is mainly focused on the design and analysis of a parabolic spring for a C2 unit truck. This type of suspension offers great advantages compared to a conventional semi-elliptic spring, because, in the new design proposed in this work, an important contribution is to be more efficient, since its parabolic profile offers a distributed effort throughout the spring. This provides efficiency in the use of material. The present work focuses on the optimization of the design applied to vehicle suspension springs. The traditional method for design needs repeated fatigue tests according to its geometry, material and operating condition; this means that a lot of time and money are needed for those tests. Therefore, in this paper, a design method for the spring based on numerical analysis with analytical comparison is proposed; at first, a static analysis is performed to obtain the stress and deformation which are caused by the operation load, as well as a fatigue analysis to obtain the service life and ensure the safety; finally, the five vibration modes are obtained.

The digitization of factories promises great potential benefits. The implementation of the various technologies for the smart factory is extremely complex, requires new competencies and necessitates significant investments. The question is: How can an industrial company successfully manage this transformation? For this purpose, more than 500 published use cases were screened. These could be categorized into 44 relevant use cases, which we describe in detail in the book. Our research has also shown that strategy and goal orientation must be at the core of the change. Furthermore, the combination of employee knowledge and use of technology is central to success. This led to the creation of our smart factory implementation approach. In various research and consulting projects we were able to apply this process and realize successful implementations in different companies. This 7-step process starts with the selection of promising use cases, followed by a prioritization step, adaptation to the company-specific context and a detailing of the information needs for the different management levels. Stringent project management helps the user achieve positive results that can then be rolled out on a global scale.
