Ergonomi

“Ergonomi” er en grundbog til sygepleje, fysioterapi og ergoterapi del af FADL’s Forlags serie af undervisningsbøger til professionsbachelorer. Bogen har fokus på den enkelte patient, samarbejdet med patienten og den sundhedsprofessionelles arbejdsvilkår. De fire forfattere - en sygeplejerske, to ergoterapeuter og en fysioterapeut - gør ergonomi relevant, håndgribelig og nærværende for læseren, og forfatternes forskellige baggrunde gør bogen tværfaglig og teoretisk velbegrundet. Kapitlerne er bygget op på en overskuelig måde og hvert kapitel indeholder et resumé og forslag til øvelser i praksis. Foruden en grundlæggende introduktion af ergonomibegrebet kommer bogen bl.a. ind på kognitiv og organisatorisk ergonomi, de 7 basale bevægelsesmønstre, basal biomekanik, arbejdsstillinger, forflytningsteknik, og hjælpemidler. Bogen er rigt illustreret og fuld af faktabokse og relevante cases, som gør bogen konkret, overskuelig og nem at læse. “Ergonomi” hjælper de studerende til at koble teori og praksis, så ergonomien bliver håndgribelig og anvendelig i de studerendes kliniske ophold. Bogen henvender sig til alle tre faggrupper - sygepleje, fysioterapi og ergonomi. Den kan bruges af den studerende, som er i gang med en sundhedsuddannelse, men også af den nyuddannede eller den mere erfarne sundhedsprofessionelle til at fastholde eller videreudvikle klinisk praksis. Til bogen er der tilknyttet et powerpointshow, som kan bruges af undervisere eller andre interesserede, som ønsker at formidle ergonomi i undervisningen.
