When a teacher retires an entire storehouse of knowledge is often lost. Now a retired educator has reproduced her storehouse of knowledge about teacher quality and classroom practices.
The "Journey" begins at a place called "Compliance" and ends at a destination named "Community." During three "stops" on the journey, eighteen principles in three core areas critical to teacher quality are examined. The workbook contains proven time-saving worksheets, templates, workshop ideas,one-on-one teacher support materials - all created by an experienced coach.
Coaches are equipped to:

Integrate their experience, expertise, and wisdom into the tools and templates.

Work to improve teacher longevity (reduce attrition).

Create their own pilot or inquiry-based project.
