I had one last thing to do for Frank and it had to be perfect. It was an unusually chilly morning in late May and today was his funeral.
I had been dreading this day for months, probably even years. As I stood in front of the church in a daze, watching familiar faces go by, I clutched Frank's wedding ring, now on a chain around my neck, and promised him I would make him proud.
