For those of us who entered the world at this time, the mantle was passed to us with the responsibility to drive America forward. And yet it was also still a time of innocence; a time when children were allowed to be children; when we grew from innocence to adulthood with the help and direction of our parents, but we were charged with taking on the leadership that was cast upon us.
