In this latest instalment in The Funny Detective series, Ralph Deacon once again enlists the aid of his faithful partner, the beautiful and very dead Mike, to find out why the niece of his friend Neil Haversack, Chief of Detectives in the Orlando Police Department, was the recent victim of a kidnapping attempt.
