Rwanda and Burundi are two nations carved out of one. During the Genocide of 1994 one million people were slaughtered in 100 days. That horror created a rift that has been almost impossible to bind up again. It has created two opposing dynamics. One is a desperate need for God to pour out His Spirit again and save them from the nightmare.
