Teaching kids about germs can be difficult! "Germs are Ick" is a short rhyme book along with the learning guide, that provides a simple, easy to understand introduction as to what germs are, and how to prevent them from spreading. It is appropriate for parents, grandparents, guardians, teachers, and health care professionals to use as a tool when introducing their children to hygienic practices. Poetic phrases promote memorization and integration of germ prevention into daily life. The book's conclusion consists of telling those "Yucky Germs Goodbye" and emphasizing how to "... Stay healthy, safe and keep the germs away".
