L'objectif de ce livre est d'analyser la réparation intégrale dans les conflits environnementaux causés par les transnationales pétrolières sur les territoires des peuples et communautés indigènes équatoriens, en particulier en ce qui concerne les droits de la nature en tant que sujet de droit et les droits des victimes, dans la perspective du droit international des droits de l'homme et du constitutionnalisme environnemental latino-américain, en mettant l'accent sur la cosmovision andine, l'épistémologie du Sud et l'approche des droits de l'homme en tant que base de la recherche qui sous-tend cette publication. Cette publication est possible grâce au soutien de l'Université d'Otavalo.

L'obiettivo del libro è analizzare la riparazione integrale nei conflitti ambientali causati dalle transnazionali del petrolio all'interno dei territori dei popoli e delle comunità indigene ecuadoriane, in particolare in relazione ai diritti della Natura come soggetto di diritti e ai diritti delle vittime, dalla prospettiva del Diritto Internazionale dei Diritti Umani e del Costituzionalismo Ambientale latinoamericano, evidenziando la cosmovisione andina, l'epistemologia del Sud e l'approccio ai diritti umani come base per la ricerca che sostiene questa pubblicazione. Questa pubblicazione è possibile grazie al sostegno dell'Università di Otavalo.

Ziel des Buches ist es, die integrale Wiedergutmachung in Umweltkonflikten zu analysieren, die von transnationalen Ölkonzernen auf dem Gebiet der indigenen Völker und Gemeinschaften Ecuadors verursacht werden, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Rechte der Natur als Rechtssubjekt und die Rechte der Opfer, aus der Perspektive des internationalen Menschenrechts und des lateinamerikanischen Umweltkonstitutionalismus, wobei die Kosmovision der Anden, die Erkenntnistheorie des Südens und der Menschenrechtsansatz als Grundlage für die Forschung, die dieser Veröffentlichung zugrunde liegt, hervorgehoben werden. Diese Veröffentlichung ist dank der Unterstützung der Universität von Otavalo möglich.

The book aims to analyze the integral reparation in environmental conflicts caused by oil transnationals within the territories of Ecuadorian indigenous peoples and communities, specifically addressing the rights of Nature as a subject of rights and the rights of the victims, from a perspective of International Human Rights Law and Latin American Environmental Constitutionalism, which highlights the Andean worldview, the epistemology of the South and the human rights approach as the basis for the research that supports this publication.
