Inequality is making the whole human race sick, be it inequality of income,race, religion, gender, tribe or wealth. It has become a cause of tension andconfl ict around the world. Bernard Shaw says that only idiots favour inequalityof income, which is their only chance of eminence.Plutarch said that inequality is an ailment that means that it has a cure. Th is isexactly what the book tries to do by calling all republics and individuals thatsupport inequality to desist from it. Its eradication would ensure a healthy society,devoid of tension, violence and persistent confl ict.Treating others the way we want to be treated will be one of the most crediblesolutions to reduce inequality in our society and the global stage.

This book was born of the desire to share my feelings and concerns and that of otherswho are so much concerned about how the continent of Africa has remain dormant forcenturies in terms of development and progress. Being an African and having seen theforward movement, progess and development of the other continent around the world, youbegin to wonder why it has not been replicated in the Afriican continent.The continent of Africa has great resources more than many other continent in the world,both human and natural resources. However, these resources has not benefited the commonpeople of the continent. The West, Arabs and recently Asia has enjoyed these resources morethan Africans themselves. From the slave trade where the carted away our able men andwomen, to resources control through colonization and recently through brain drain. Ourspecialists and well qualified has migrated to other continents such as Europe, America andAsia leaving the continent dry in terms of qualified personnel who can man and managedthe resources of the continent. These has contributed to poverty lack of quality leadershipin many areas that would have moved the continent forward.After world war, America implemented Marshal plan that was used to transform anddevelop the Western nations. However, this kind of joint policy has not come to the mindof the West to implement in Africa where they have benefited much. Rather the continentof Africa is seen and address as the dark continent.I therefore, feel that bringing to mind of many both Africans and the West, the things weneed to address to move Africa forward. I believe that if some of the points looked at in thisbook and other brilliant ideas by others are implemented, then the continent of Africa canemerge out of its aclaimed darkness and move forward like other continent.Let the world and African leaders learn from the history of the past and invent new ways ofdoing things so that they can move Africa forward in a progressive path. Strongly I believeif this is done, the Story of the continent of Africa can change like that of China. The Westshould desist from ripping Africa off, abstain from aiding and abetting corruption and badleadership in the continent. The people of Africa should fight and resist wicked and corruptpolitical leaders, and bring to death tribal - nepotic and support of politics of clientism.

Your attitude determines your altitude. With good attitude, you are esteemed. For Christians to come to the level of holiness and greatness before God and man, they have to change their bad attitude. The way Christians live and practice their faith has to change for good so that God will be glorified. As for us, we have this crowd of witnesses around us. So then, let us rid ourselves of everything that gets in the way and of the sin that holds on us highly, and let us run with determination the race that lies before us. Let us keep our eyes fixed on Jesus Christ, on whom our faith depends from the beginning to the end.
