It's now two years since the zombie apocalypse changed the world. Survival is precarious for Zach Gunderson and his friends. Felicity Turnbow is a divorced mother of two who has a history of making poor life choices. She mysteriously disappears one night after staying with her boyfriend. Thomas is hired to find her from an unlikely client; the boyfriend who is considered a suspect in her disappearance. Before Thomas can even begin the investigation, he is named as a person of interest in an unrelated barroom murder. During his investigation, Thomas learns of two unsolved murders. Young women who'd been dumped on rural roads. Is there a serial killer abducting and murdering women? Will Thomas be able to find Felicity before she falls victim to the same fate? Or will Thomas be arrested for murder?
