Leadership is a subject that is constantly, consistently and continuously evaluated.Dispositions in leadership or by leaders make it easier for folks around such leader(s) to understand and evaluate the parameters by which leaders can be measured. Such measurements [positive or negative], or weight occurs mostly during each leader¿s relationship, interaction or conversation - be it digital (on phone or internal) practical, physical, etc. are the sum total of each leader¿s leadership connection.How you build up your personal leadership is also what warrants the level of your acceptability or relegation, both by followers and [secret and open] admirers.The above mentality is what determines of each leader¿s overall influence in every given field in human endeavors.

Excellence was the demonstration of God while creating the planet earth. We all more often tend to pass blame on others when certain things occur.People are often blamed for other peoples¿ loses, especially where such is an employee; a PA , or individual under some sort of superiority which makes it impossible [for the employee], to put up any iota of defense. Let me ask you a question - have you ever gotten a blame for what you were not truly responsible for? Have been there ¿ this is what happen to those who seldom tame their minds ¿ they seem to blame everyone else [except themselves] for their horrible experiences, forgetting the fact that - what you think towards each issue as regards yourself (positively or negatively) will to a large extent materialize soon or later. It is common to discover leaders of organizations, institutions, corporations around the world, will stop at nothing to ensure they put in place legacy ¿ blocks with which the coming generations and successors are meant to follow suite ¿ even when they are no more. Many of such leaders are happy to see their next take control of their business tentacles while they remain in their ex-seats ¿ that¿s great to know anyway. Every successful leader without any iota of doubt prefers to witness such facts while him yet live. However, when it comes to building generational character blocks, it¿s a different ball game. It¿s easy to train your kids and staff or associate the common strategies that lead into success in business and every other merchandise ¿ oriented ideologies and realities. We must not be ignorant of the fact that the race toward successful character driven life is an endless battle, hence it equally requires consistent resilience. Like I have (discovered), and said often - there are quite few character strongholds we need to anchor on in order to live or succeed in our quest for character ¿ driven life. In the same vein, I recently observed there are hidden, anti ¿ character strongholds that will continually stand as resistance to building our life in the direction of logical positivism!

Recently a leading school head teacher was speaking to me about students¿ attitudes, within the ambience of school ¿ where she has been serving for over two decades ¿ within the school itself [over three decades in active practice]. She made me realize she had sort of become acclimatized with,[ not just the school but] the attitude of the students generally. In the nutshell, I could perceive the complacency in her tone, and I could better sum it up that she had given up on the possibility of reviving the required attitude expected from students! Apparently, many school owners and leaders/teachers are in same shoes - they have given up on their students! Many students have become dried logs of wood that cannot be bent over ¿ in terms of general character. Therefore, school owners, leaders and teachers to a large extent sort of possess the consolation with the following undertone; after all, ¿the students only have limited number of years to spend in the school till their session is finally over¿..¿

It¿s quite unfortunate that many students see students¿ dispensation as the sole responsibility of parents. Others even think going to school is doing their parents a favor ¿ on the contrary! Rather, parents are making education available to children (through different productive learning platforms) in essence; impacting knowledge into children (students) from childhood so such could turn out to be good fellows in adulthood. However how productive driven such ideas may seem; yet students must also be informed of the necessity to make meaningful contributions to such investment so the efforts [of both teachers and parents] won¿t turn out to be a wasted adventure in the long run!

Character is one subject, the world has relegated for ages, especially the business world. Corporations and many organizations around the world invest billions of dollars each year in research and strategy in order to survive in the business world. Unfortunately, character development is relegated in such efforts and drive and as such ignorant ignominy has become the undoing of most of the organizations and leaders ¿ its either leaders are sued for assaults or organizations are sued for substandard goods and services and in no time ¿ such affected organization (and leadership) becomes history! What is missing? ¿ Character! This is the precursor for this book. It promises amongst others; to unveil the reality of character development simplicities by which when leaders accept, believe, imbibe and practice its principles, then; it is sure whatever business such ventures into - to a large extent not going to suffer litigations in all ramifications!
