JUSTICE 4 ALL is basically about an individual who found the hypocrisy in law intriguing and proceeded to fulfill his aspiration of becoming a lawyer by attending Rutgers University in Camden, New Jersey. Coming from out of the most notorious section of Camden, North was a community that you don't casually stroll through especially without an invitation. Being raised in the DMZ Zone, Afrika didn't have to endure the constant harassments and fighting that was the norm. An incident in elementary school will introduce him to five guys that will become his family, their journey will take them down paths that was never conceived, but like a duck takes to water, they appear to do the same with their journeys.
Malik (King) have been living a very surreal and tranquil lifestyle. A simple phone call from a soft sultry voice from his past brought disheartening news concerning the murder of his mentor and big brother Road Block. He was now on his flight home. He never thought he would ever walk the streets that earned him the nick-name Lion, again. Lion has been peacefully lying dormant, but there was a stirring in him, now. He could hear the subtle growls of him awakening and it stirs ignited his fears. Once he is released upon the streets of Baltimore and get the scent of blood, he won't ex-tract his claws until those responsible for the murder of his brother and mentor have paid their restitution to his "RETRIBUTION."
ATM was raised in the notorious Murphy Homes High rise in Baltimore, Maryland. His family tree consisted of uncles that were extremely known by the Baltimore Police Department for being associated in the drug game and weapon charges. He was expected to received the nine numbers that will be assigned to him for life as a person being incarcerated. These numbers were consider a badge of honor. A honor he wasn't interested in obtaining while J-Lo was raised in the middle class environment of Gwynn Oaks with two functioning parents. Trees lined her street and seeing five-o three times a week was the norm. No liquor stores dominated the corners of her community and sitting out on her front porch or playing in the streets riding her bike was safe from stray bullets. ATM and J-Lo was as different as the sun and moon.
Kareem was raised in an exclusive neighborhood in Echelon, New Jersey. Trees and manicured lawns was the norm of his environment. No sirens wailing constantly from police cars or liquor stores occupying every other corner. He didn't understand everything that his parents were telling him, but he did understand that he was going to go live with them. Both of his parents were raised in the city and wanted their only child to experience both sides of life. His mother was raised in Philly, while his father was raised in Camden. Living in Camden, he will meet his future partners in elementary school. He would run through the urinated and broken-bottle-filled alleys with them while learning to distinguish the distinct sounds of certain weapons. They shared everything together, but he was keeping a secret from them. He never shared what transpired when he went home for the summer, except that nothing exciting occurred. When backed into a corner, he revealed his secret. Who would have thought that the journey they would endure would challenge every moral teaching he received? Who would have thought he would become the product of his environment?
Priscilla "Prissy" Wilkes made it her personal mission to break the chains of dependency of social services for her and her two sisters, Mocha and Jazz. She was going to make sure they didn't contribute or join the ranks of teenage pregnancy. She wouldn't allow herself or her sisters get lured by the materialistic things that the drug dealers could provide for them. Most young ladies in the hood found it flattering to have drug dealers peeking on them and desiring them, but not Prissy. She would shut them down as soon as they tried to get out of their lane. Their mother was the product of someone getting caught up with a midlevel drug dealer, and all she got out of the deal were three daughters by three different drug dealers. Well, they may look alike with their honey complexion, slightly bowed legs, and natural provocative walk, but that was the extent of it. She was going to put into action what was constantly being reiterated to her.
