The Pirate Cats have travelled back to Milan, Italy in the year 1770, in order to steal one of the most important musical works in history: a symphony composed by a young Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. It's up to Geronimo and his friends to go back in time and stop the Pirate Cats from their dastardly deed.

The Pirate Cats have had their plans foiled by Geronimo Stilton time and time again, due to the help from Geronimo's friend Professor Volt. The Pirate Cats decide to better their odds by getting rid of Professor Volt; kidnapping him and leaving him in the Cretaceous Period - a time when the earth was occupied by dinosaurs.

Geronimo Stilton and friends must travel back in time to stop the Pirate Cats and their latest made scheme. If they fail to thwart the Pirate Cats plans, the face of history will be changed forever.
