De triologie is geschreven door een jong meisje tussen de leeftijd van 13 en 18 jaar. Het is uitgegeven uitgeverij Essay in Roosendaal zonder ingang via het Boekhuis. Deel 1 (ODY) is ook uitgegeven in het Spaans en Catalaans in Barcelona en in het Koreaans in Seoul. Zoals door de criticus en auteur Jos Vandeloo werd geschreven "verdient dit werk een ruimer en beter onthaal" en is een heruitgave op zijn plaats. De schrijfster heeft het auteursrecht op tekst en illustraties. Met fantasie en wijsheid, na een soort Odyssee te hebben ondergaan in het eerste boek, wordt Ody tot zijn verbazing uitgeroepen tot Koning van het bestaande. Hij moet vervolgens in het tweede boek Koning Ody veel problemen oplossen in de strijd tussen de wereld van vier bestaanden (het bestaande en het niet-bestaande; het boven- en onder-staande). Later in het derde boek Ody's dochter probeert hij een oplossing te vinden via een oplostoren, daarbij geholpen door de Elf Toedel en gehinderd door zijn zogenaamde dochter Espra. De complete trilogie is vol van symbolen die kinderen met fantasie direct aanspreken en is niet zonder gebrek aan humor.

Esta trilogía del hada-cuento completa, lleno de simbolismo y humor - en el total 63 capítulos - puede leerse a los niños un capítulo todas las tardes, estimulando su imaginación así y ayudando que los padres entendieran bien su mundo de fantasía. Las experiencias con la edición holandesa son que los niños entienden los simbolismos y humor inmediatamente. Del primer libro existe un coreano, catalán y edición española, el coreano se seleccionó para una serie de libros de los niños bien vendidos altos de los países diferentes. Estas tres ediciones se tradujeron directamente de la edición holandesa de que también existe una versión leída para los niños ciegos. Como la escritura estaría listo para una película o una serie de la TELEVISIÓN. En la actualidad un inglés completo y la traducción profesional rusa está disponible. With fantasy and wisdom, Ody, after experiencing a kind of Odyssey, becomes to his surprise the King of Existence (first book, called Ody), upon which he has to solve many problems in the world of four existences (above-existence, below-existence, existence and non-existence) (second book, called King Ody), and later solving the problems of existence by building a solve-tower, (third book, called Ody's Daughter), helped by the elf Toodle and troubled by his so-called daughter Espra. The experiences with the Dutch edition are that children understand immediately the symbolisms and humour ("If it depended on me, I would call it right away the best, best children book of the whole world," wrote a girl of 9 years old), which is more difficult for most of the adult readers. Of the first book exists a Korean, Catalan and Spanish edition, the Korean one was selected for a series of children books of different countries, with for France "Le Petit Prince" of Saint Exupéry. These four editions were directly translated from the Dutch edition, which were published under the pseudonym of Jony Dubosch. At present a complete Russian translation is also available as e-book with XinXii ebooks.
