After launching her own practice, Dr Justine Williams, physical therapist, noticed a trend that was undeniable. Many people, especially those with physical pain, anxiety and depression had difficulty figuring their way out of the smallest situation secondary to negative thinking. In today's society, our everyday lives are highly impacted by social media, convenience, and status. With all that is going on in the world, inner peace and healing can be difficult to attain. It is our natural inclination to want to smile and put on our best face for all to see. But, what happens when the dark places of depression or any difficult circumstances seem to overpower our ability to hide? Or, what if a situation doesn't necessarily impact us to the point crippling us, but negative emotions are so strong that we can't quite think clearly to make a good decision? How do we get out?
