With SPLC 2005 we celebrated the formation of a new conference series, the International Software Product Line Conference (SPLC) which results from the "e;uni?cation"e; of the former series of three SPLC (Software Product Line) Con- rences launched in 2000 in the USA, and the former series of ?ve PFE (Product Family Engineering) Workshops started in 1996 in Europe. Das Fachgebiet Modellierung befat sich mit derartigen Modellen sowie mit ihren Beziehungen untereinander und auch mit dem Proze der Modellerstellung. Der Workshop Modellierung wird 1999 zum zweiten Mal von sieben Fachgruppen der Gesellschaft fur Informatik veranstaltet.
