Hydroponics is one of the emerging technologies used commercially for past 3 decades and it is one of the most important methods of soilless culture. Hydroponics system of growing plants is very useful in the different ways to mankind. The global population increases rapidly day by day and the farming places are converted into concrete buildings everywhere. The environmental conditions like climate, temperature, water, soil etc., also changes along with the increase of population. For these reasons, the soil condition, water quality and areas of agriculture are getting polluted worse. This method of using wastewater as nutrient source for kitchen gardens, agriculture and in-house farming in academic institutions and industries leads to the potential reuse of water for a sustainable environment. So, this study concludes the importance of traditional and simple method of purification of wastewater and utilization of the same as an effective source of nutrient for plant growth by hydroponics method.
As a result, when quantification was done, the collagen extracted from Tilapia exhibited a high concentration of protein. In order to be identified as collagen, it displayed the distinctive functional groups that are required. Salmonella, Staphylococcus, pseudomonas, and E. coli were among the microorganisms it had antibacterial effectiveness against. Compared to collagen derived from Catla, it demonstrated significantly superior antioxidant and anti- inflammatory effects. Therefore, I draw the conclusion from the study that collagen extracted from Tilapia has far more potential for aesthetic use than collagen collected from Catla. With reference to the anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-cancerous properties observed in this study and wound healing properties stated by the literatures we could suggest the collagen extracted could have cosmetic potential too. Thus, this study concludes the invitro anti- cancerous and cosmetic potential of the fish collagen.
This book highlights various evolutionary algorithm techniques for various medical conditions and introduces medical applications of evolutionary computation for real-time diagnosis.Evolutionary Intelligence for Healthcare Applications presents how evolutionary intelligence can be used in smart healthcare systems involving big data analytics, mobile health, personalized medicine, and clinical trial data management. It focuses on emerging concepts and approaches and highlights various evolutionary algorithm techniques used for early disease diagnosis, prediction, and prognosis for medical conditions. The book also presents ethical issues and challenges that can occur within the healthcare system.Researchers, healthcare professionals, data scientists, systems engineers, students, programmers, clinicians, and policymakers will find this book of interest.
