Marie Harris is a multiple award-winning poetess. Born in Kentucky, she has lived most of her life in Maryland. She lives there with her husband, Donald, of 59 years. She has two beautiful daughters, a granddaughter, and a grandson. She published her first book of poetry, "A Gathering of Words", in 2022.
