The I AM Frequency of Higher Consciousness Awareness is an integration of Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine. While the realm of Avalon has become known as the land of The Goddess; the place King Arthur returned to receive healing from Morgan, The Lady of The Lake, this meaning is also symbolic. Avalon is the land where the Divine Masculine is brought back into balance by the Divine Feminine; Shiva returns to Shakti, as Osiris is brought back to life by Isis. The collection of poems, produced after the publishing of 'Awareness: Camino De Santiago', leads the reader on a journey of the subconscious mind into the ancient realm of Avalon. Yet while Avalon is this place of symbolic connection between The God and The Goddess, from this perspective its transformative present power is even more prevalent. For Avalon is now not only a physical land or place. It is the dimensional unification of Christ Consciousness and The Goddess healing traditions that preceded it. I AM.

During the European Summer of 2015, Mike Frase walked the Camino De Santiago. This story is a first-person account of all the wonderful people he met while walking, the challenges experienced, and the shifts in awareness that occurred through surrendering control and letting go to flow. It is also a celebration of how one's perception of the world - and their related 'reality' - can profoundly change through returning again to nature and being willing to trust in the path of their heart.

This story is a journey of transformation and growth, covering my biographical pilgrimage from France into Spain during the European Summer of 2015. As I walk the 'Arles Way' Camino path towards Santiago, everything I once held sacred and special is stripped away when I open myself up to a new stream of living and thinking. Everything I thought I previously knew is replaced with an inner knowing that I really 'know' nothing. The relinquishing of this ego 'knowingness', helps create a whole new space of awareness - an awareness that by tapping into our inner heart wisdom, fear and self-doubt don't exist anymore. Love, light and consciousness are all that is real. After a broken marriage, still grieving the loss of a close family member and feeling unfulfilled in my semi-depressive corporate career, a chance meeting with an inspiring writer helped place me on this road to transformation. Meeting with a shaman and the subsequent connection to a Divine Mother that it brings, persuades me to leave work and agree to walk from Arles to Santiago, approximately 1,650 km, between June and September 2015.
