Nancy Goodman is a mom of three, published author, and writer/director of the award-winning romantic comedy, Surprise Me! streaming on Amazon Prime, et al, and the creator of Stuff'n'tuddles - the plush sidekicks of, A Most Unusual Wish. The story was inspired by a night Nancy was so upset she couldn't sleep, thinking about her daughter in college who slept with a stuffy, and decided, "That's what I need!" In PJ's, Nancy drove to the all-night drugstore, test-cuddled stuffed animals, bought one, and wrote a wish with a plan. She opened the seam of the plushie and tucked the note inside. She decided one day this would become a thank you note handed to someone who helped her. Cuddling the wish, plan, and thank you vision...Zzzz! And the best was yet to come. Wilson Sell is an illustrator/author who graduated from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design with a BFA in illustration. I thought I had a food curse... What else could explain being ok on a diet and then suddenly, out of nowhere, I was head deep in a box of cereal, about to move on to the freezer? It turns out, I didn't have a food problem. I had a feelings problem. On a moment-to-moment basis, I was having reactions and responses to people, situations, and events in my day. I didn't realize it, but every time I ran to food and then a diet, I was running away from me! It wasn't until I learned to make the connection between my feelings and food, that I was able to keep my weight down. Your eating patterns are your very own GPS system for food, life, and for love. They lead you to your truth, to the very best part of you, and believe it or not, into those skinny jeans! ADVANCE PRAISE FOR IT WAS FOOD VS.
