Die Studienpläne und -programme werden in Übereinstimmung mit der technologischen Entwicklung des Imaging-Bereichs konzipiert, wobei eine angemessene Bibliographie gewährleistet wird. Der Vorschlag wurde für Studenten und Postgraduierte entwickelt. Der Vorschlag bietet zukünftigen Bildgebungstechnologen den technischen Arbeitsalgorithmus für Ultraschallverfahren, mit einer vollständigen Beschreibung der Technik und einer angemessenen technologischen Sprache für Fachleute, um sich in das Thema zu vertiefen. Der Vorschlag dient auch als Hilfsmaterial, das einen wissenschaftlichen Ansatz für die Anwendung der Diagnosemethode bietet, um Bilder mit optimaler Qualität zu erhalten, und das wiederum die Rolle der Techniker bei der Qualität der für die Bevölkerung erbrachten Dienstleistungen stärkt. Der vorgeschlagene Text enthält 16 Kapitel und eine Galerie von Bildern, die den Nutzern helfen, zu lernen.

Study plans and programs are designed according to the technological development of the Imaging area, guaranteeing the adequate bibliography. The proposal was designed for undergraduate and graduate students. The proposal provides future Imaging Technologists with the technical work algorithm applicable to ultrasonographic procedures, with a complete description of the technique and an appropriate technological language for professionals to deepen their knowledge of the subject. The proposal also serves as a support material that provides scientificity in the application of the diagnostic method for obtaining images with optimal quality, and in turn enhances the role played by technologists in the quality of services provided to the population. The proposed text contains 16 chapters and a gallery of images that help the user to learn.

I piani di studio e i programmi sono progettati in accordo con lo sviluppo tecnologico dell'area Imaging, garantendo una bibliografia adeguata. La proposta è stata pensata per studenti universitari e post-universitari. La proposta fornisce ai futuri tecnologi di imaging l'algoritmo tecnico di lavoro applicabile alle procedure ecografiche, con una descrizione completa della tecnica e un linguaggio tecnologico appropriato per i professionisti che vogliono approfondire l'argomento. La proposta funge anche da materiale di supporto che fornisce un approccio scientifico all'applicazione della metodica diagnostica per ottenere immagini di qualità ottimale e, a sua volta, valorizza il ruolo svolto dai tecnologi nella qualità dei servizi forniti alla popolazione. As actividades que envolvem a utilização e manipulação de materiais radioactivos devem ser realizadas no âmbito de uma sólida cultura de segurança e prevenção de riscos. A responsabilidade pela gestão adequada dos seus resíduos radioactivos é um compromisso moral, ético e legal da Universidade para a formação e dos centros de cuidados para os serviços por eles prestados. A segurança radiológica tem a sua origem nos desastres radioactivos que ocorreram em todo o mundo, sendo o principal ponto de referência a explosão de hidrogénio acumulado no reactor 4 da central nuclear de Chernobyl (Ucrânia) a 26 de Abril de 1986. Esta explosão é considerada o acidente nuclear mais grave de acordo com a Escala Internacional de Acidentes Nucleares. Embora as instalações universitárias e os centros de saúde não apresentem riscos desta magnitude, os sistemas de segurança radiológica para a manipulação de materiais radioactivos e resíduos são necessariamente adaptados aos sistemas internacionais, concebidos pelo estudo científico das falhas que conduziram a acidentes. Daí a importância de seguir regulamentos rigorosos desde a chegada destes materiais.

Le attività che comportano l'uso e la manipolazione di materiali radioattivi devono essere svolte nell'ambito di una solida cultura della sicurezza e della prevenzione dei rischi. La responsabilità della corretta gestione dei loro rifiuti radioattivi è un impegno morale, etico e legale dell'Università per la formazione e dei centri di cura per i servizi che forniscono. La sicurezza dalle radiazioni trae origine dai disastri radioattivi verificatisi in tutto il mondo, il cui punto di riferimento principale è l'esplosione dell'idrogeno accumulato nel reattore 4 della centrale nucleare di Chernobyl (Ucraina) il 26 aprile 1986. Questa esplosione è considerata l'incidente nucleare più grave secondo la Scala internazionale degli incidenti nucleari. Sebbene le strutture universitarie e i centri sanitari non presentino rischi di questa portata, i sistemi di sicurezza dalle radiazioni per la gestione dei materiali e dei rifiuti radioattivi sono necessariamente adattati ai sistemi internazionali, progettati attraverso lo studio scientifico dei fallimenti che hanno portato agli incidenti. Da qui l'importanza di seguire norme rigorose fin dall'arrivo di questi materiali.

The incidence of vascular pathologies and mainly those associated with atherosclerosis continues to increase worldwide, affecting the quality indicators of health services and the quality of life of the population. The possibility of making a contribution to improve these indexes stimulated the development of this research. The scientific problem formulated led to the design and implementation of a Technological Guide that would contribute to the improvement of the diagnostic process of patients with clinical stroke, by the Carotid Color Doppler Echo technique. The proposal is considered beneficial for the mastery of the technical work algorithm applicable to ultrasonographic procedures. The analysis of the consensus obtained in the consultation with specialists, as well as the characteristics of the Technological Guide and its components, led to consider it pertinent and viable for the solution of the scientific problem posed.

Die Inzidenz vaskulärer Pathologien, vor allem derjenigen, die mit Atherosklerose einhergehen, nimmt weltweit weiter zu und beeinträchtigt die Qualitätsindikatoren der Gesundheitsdienste und die Lebensqualität der Bevölkerung. Die Möglichkeit, einen Beitrag zur Verbesserung dieser Indizes zu leisten, gab den Anstoß für die Entwicklung dieser Forschungsarbeit. Die formulierte wissenschaftliche Fragestellung führte zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines technologischen Leitfadens, der zur Verbesserung der Diagnose von Schlaganfallpatienten mit Hilfe der Carotis-Farbdoppler-Echotechnik beitragen sollte. Der Vorschlag wird als vorteilhaft für die Beherrschung des technischen Arbeitsalgorithmus für ultrasonographische Verfahren angesehen. Die Analyse des Konsenses, der bei der Konsultation der Fachleute erzielt wurde, sowie die Merkmale des Technologischen Leitfadens und seiner Bestandteile haben uns dazu veranlasst, ihn als geeignet und durchführbar für die Lösung des gestellten wissenschaftlichen Problems zu betrachten.

The Cuban Higher Medical Education after the revolutionary triumph has been zealous with the comprehensive training of its professionals, for competence and good job performance, which has resulted in the progressive improvement of the different training plans for professionals in the sector, with the objective of achieving a continuous improvement of the level of health of the population as a result of the optimization of the services that are provided with equity, as well as the elevation of the effectiveness of professional competences.

In order to achieve collaboration among professionals and improve the quality of medical care to the population, a paradigm shift in training is needed, training seen as an educational process, where a set of knowledge is identified to speak of academic training, studies, culture or training. It is also necessary to define pertinent curricular designs that lay the foundations for a continuous increase in quality and promote interprofessional education. The purpose of the research is to socialize Interprofessional Education as a basis for the design of curricula in Medical Sciences careers with an interprofessional approach, and the achievement of a collaborative practice in health. The presentation of the book and its socialization will allow the participation of students in collaborative practice and the interprofessional pedagogical preparation of the faculty and the development of interprofessional research to solve health problems.

Breast cancer is currently the second cause of death of the female sex in Cuba and mammography is the invaluable means of diagnosis for its early detection. Due to the transformations that arose in the training of Imaging Technologists, as well as the rapid technological scientific progress of Imaging, led to identify weaknesses from the theoretical and practical point of view in their modes of action. Designing a booklet for mammography procedures or techniques for these imaging professionals was the author's objective, a proposal that satisfies society's demands and is evaluated by imaging specialists as novel and pertinent to provide a solution to this problem.
