This book summarizes the state of the art on the blended-learning in the context of Higher Education. These managers of Higher Education institutions seek a light that guides them in the right direction, without certainty of its existence. Dialogical relations also occur with teachers and students of Higher Education, with whom they are comfortably installed in the system without questioning the current state of education, and with those who are submerged in information and technology, remain immersed in questions.
