WOTR's conceptualization of Water Budgeting is geared towards ensuring optimum and most efficient use of water. Akkalpada dam project is very essentially constructed for the irrigation purpose,to get the maximum benefits of that irrigation water for the betterment of Dhule city.

The waste water is collected at one center. Then it is processed, treated, after water treatment it is used for gray water harvesting. As well as electricity is generated from it without dumping that water anywhere. In this way electricity is generated from waste water and the need of electricity is completed with the help of waste water. For processing of this water one separate plant is utilized.

In North Maharashtra region, Dhulia is one of the districts. It is also known as the ancient city. This city is situated an the bank of river ¿Panzarä. An old part of this city is called as old Dhulia among local residents. During British rule, Dhulia citys planning was done by Hon. Late Bharat rtna sir M. At present Dhulia is at the developing stage with the population around 4-5 lacks but still the water treatment plant.
