The third book in the Rona Shively Stories mystery series. Rona Shively needs something. Summoned home by a mother she hates, she heads back to Ohio to check on things. When she gets there, her mother asks her to help out a local reverend who is a long time friend of the family. What should have been a simple harassment case turns into a tangled mess and Rona soon finds herself surrounded by greed, corruption and criminals who will stop at nothing to get what they want. With the help of a handsome, local P.I., she tries to piece it all together before the bad guys figure out she's looking. Through it all, can she "keep the faith?"

Rona is dealing with some demons; both real and imagined. It is still a mystery to her how people can act the way they do. She's trying to have a more positive outlook, but people keep trying to bring her down. Meddlesome exes, lies and deceit, cheating boyfriends, and conflicting emotions about who she's supposed to be keep Rona hopping as she hands it all over to her newly found Savior and says simply, Thy Will Be Done.

Rebecca Benston is from Springfield, OH. She is the author of The Rona Shively Stories mystery series which currently includes eight books. Benston has also written several inspirational books including Rise Up to Wise Up, a companion guide to her women's empowerment group workshops. Benston's work was previously published through Stonegarden Books. In 2014, Stonegarden closed its doors and the author was faced with an important decision; continue writing and seek another publisher or publish her own work and help other authors tell their stories. She decided on the latter and Books from Higher Ground (BHG) was born. To date, Benston has signed five additional authors, one of which is her own daughter, Mya Benston. She continues to reach out to authors, young and old, encouraging them to tell the stories that God has placed on their hearts.
