Innovations in Strategy Crafting is a provocative work for strategists and executives as well as innovators, planners, implementers, and students of strategy and innovation across any industry. Robert Brodnick, Ph.D., a recognized thought leader in the field, draws on his strengths in strategy, innovation, facilitation, design thinking, and organizational development and change to help today's organizations thrive in a time of uncertainty and complexity. Each chapter contains applicable tools and detailed graphics that the author has used in his work with organizations across industries, at the university level, as the co-founder of Sierra Learning Solutions, and with his collaborators. The author-with help from collaborators-explores the fundamental patterns that compose the world in which we live, how we can apply both the arts and mathematics to strategy, how turbulence can be used constructively when crafting strategy, and what he believes may be the next innovations in strategy crafting.

Dr. Robert Weltman is a spiritually-centered psychologist who is passionate about sharing God's messages illustrating the savage nature of our human condition and how God brings awareness to each of us when we are ready. When this awareness occurs, God provides the necessary guidance through love and peace to show us how to operate from the divine spirit within us that is always connected to Him. This 365-day devotional spanning nearly two decades of daily dictation offers verses, given to Dr. Weltman by God, to share with the world. Organized to help spiritual seekers begin and end the day with the Creator's guidance, Dr. Weltman provides poetic verses that express encouragement, love, hope, wisdom, and reassurance, that despite our struggles, suffering and heartache, God always provides a way back to Him and His healing we all require to experience happiness, and ultimately, His loving presence.

The late Rev. Robert Lewis Gilbert was the first African American graduate of Baylor University, graduating with a B.A. degree in 1967. He was referred to as "Little Giant" by family members due to his small stature yet enormous heart and passion for justice. He was the first black teacher assigned to a formerly all-white public school in Waco. A well-known civil rights leader in Central Texas, Gilbert served as pastor at Carver Baptist Church--a congregation that grew over 500% under his leadership. In 1980, he was named Citizen of Texas and in 1992 he received Waco's Outstanding Humanitarian Award. No Excuses Accepted highlights Gilbert's journey as a courageous spiritual leader. Having struggled with a severe case of rheumatoid arthritis since the age of 14, Gilbert was known as a fighter. As he states in No Excuses Accepted, "God says, You can! God says you can do anything. There is nothing on this earth strong enough to hold you back...my life has tested the limits of God's strength and power."
Sooner or later, we all come to a place in life where we question our purpose, examine our existence, and wonder what's next. In The Will of God: Bringing My Children Home, author Dr. Robert Weltman shares about the interfering factor; that we operate from two minds. The human mind of this world that causes sickness, fears, worries and anxiety and the divine mind that brings wellness, love, peace and joy. Weltman reveals the framework of how to receive the healing necessary to function from your divine mind and provides insights into the issues and problems God can help us solve through prayer and meditation. He shows you how to be attuned to God's will so that you live in peace, love and joy while still in this world. ""This book is spiritual elevation at its best, written by a sincere man who truly believes that divine connection is the most important thing."" -Frank Truatt, General Manager of WTBQ Radio Station, New York and Host of The Frank Truatt Morning Show
