The book begins with the idea of integrating freehand drawing as a source of manual creation at school and in society through the process of designing, constructing and making objects with irregular profiles as premises for developing observation and location in space, the creative capacity of thought, abstraction and imagination. Different procedures are presented for the tracing of angles and their division, squares, rectangles, ovals, circles and their division into different parts, all freehand, that is, without the intervention of instruments, as well as the methods of tracing and grids to enlarge or reduce figures.In a second moment, the book pays careful attention to handicrafts and their incorporation in the study plans and programs of Labor Education for the schools of the general education subsystem and in the training of Labor Education teachers at the university. It also reflects on the activity of planning as a hierarchical quality and skill, unique to human beings in the process of constructing objects.

The book we present is one of the results of a research task, it is a compilation of topics related to virtual teaching-learning environments (VLE), an invitation to stop and reflect on the teaching performance mediated by virtual environments and analysis of some of the strategies and educational practices that we have understood as useful and effective in the training of competent teachers from these environments. This work may be useful to a wide group of teachers and readers. In this sense, its content and purpose respond to the need to mitigate the difficulties in the use of NICTs, wherever the slightest crack of the latest and newest technology has been placed. Hence, ideas are presented by the authors, university professors, in order to improve and make the way of teaching and learning more suggestive, attractive and profitable.

This work can be wielded to systematize the historical educational research in Labor Education, as well as for those who need to deepen in this particular, giving it independent life and contextualizing the central nucleus of this book which is related to the history of Labor Education, the formation of its teachers and its approaches until 2023. We intend to make a small contribution to the project of Labor Education for the future, to conceive the historical process of Cuban educational ideas and theories as a guiding thread and to serve as a stimulus and guide for the possible and necessary alternative of transformation.This book does not mean that the studies and researches about the pedagogical approaches of the subject in Cuba are concluded, but it is a halt to make known where we are going, what we have achieved, to deepen in theoretical and practical aspects about the subject and, consequently, its future projection in the school and in the training of its teachers.

Dieses Werk kann zur Systematisierung der historischen Bildungsforschung zur Arbeitserziehung verwendet werden, aber auch für diejenigen, die dieses Thema vertiefen wollen, indem es ihm ein eigenständiges Leben verleiht und den zentralen Kern dieses Buches kontextualisiert, der sich auf die Geschichte der Arbeitserziehung, die Ausbildung ihrer Lehrer und ihre Ansätze bis zum Jahr 2023 bezieht. Wir wollen einen kleinen Beitrag zum Projekt der Arbeiterbildung für die Zukunft leisten, den historischen Prozess der kubanischen Bildungsideen und -theorien als roten Faden begreifen und als Anregung und Wegweiser für die mögliche und notwendige Alternative der Transformation dienen.Dieses Buch bedeutet nicht, dass die Studien und Forschungen zu den pädagogischen Ansätzen des Fachs in Kuba abgeschlossen sind, sondern es ist ein Zwischenstopp, um zu zeigen, wohin wir gehen, was wir erreicht haben, um die theoretischen und praktischen Aspekte des Fachs zu vertiefen und folglich seine zukünftige Projektion in der Schule und in der Ausbildung der Lehrer.

Esta obra pode ser utilizada para sistematizar a investigação histórica educacional sobre Educação Laboral, bem como para aqueles que necessitam de aprofundar este assunto, dando-lhe uma vida independente e contextualizando o núcleo central deste livro, que está relacionado com a história da Educação Laboral, a formação dos seus professores e as suas abordagens até 2023. Pretendemos dar um pequeno contributo para o projecto de Educação Laboral para o futuro, conceber o processo histórico das ideias e teorias educativas cubanas como um fio condutor e servir de estímulo e guia para a possível e necessária alternativa de transformação.Este livro não significa que os estudos e pesquisas sobre as abordagens pedagógicas do tema em Cuba estejam concluídos, mas é uma paragem para mostrar para onde vamos, o que conseguimos, para aprofundar os aspectos teóricos e práticos do tema e, consequentemente, a sua projecção futura na escola e na formação dos seus professores.
