One of the most challenging things I had to learn was that my thoughts were literally killing me! My emotions kept taking me to places I did not like. I had to change, and I didn't know how at first until I became aware of my own thought life. I learned how to become the conductor of my thought life and you can too!"This book not only names roots of Toxic Thinking but lays out a pathway to move from being a victim to becoming victorious!"
