The book is a fiction. It is about the experiences narrated in form of stories. It primarily revolves around characters at work place. Few good and few with evil thoughts. They all are good human beings, but in the race to excel in the appraisals, in the race to exceed expectation and be the number 1 makes them behave differently. As if we are talking about two different layers of a same human being. The book expresses emotions like ego, jealousy, insecurities both superior and inferior, infatuation, love and selfish motives.
