You can see how my mind works, a little bit anyway, with the theme of this book. I had fun asking ChatGPT and DALLE questions that rolled around in my head. I wanted to see how AI is programmed; these questions reveal something about the programmers. Read each answer carefully. I'm interested in giving you a glimpse of AI. I think the answers reveal that AI is not nefarious.
Introductions are full of #2, so I'll keep it short. Who will question your answers? - Only the "Woke?"It's great to have people around you, no matter what you do in life, that will tell you when you are full of #2. The "Woke" best friends, teachers, coaches, spouses, employees, leaders, parents, etc., tell us when we are full of #2. Direct feedback from others is not the only way to know if you are full of #2. Life itself is feedback; unless you are stuck in victim thinking, that is. If you accept responsibility for what you are creating in life, then all of life is a gift-the gift of feedback. People and events that upset you are reflecting where you are full of #2. If you are among the "woke," then you think this doesn't apply to you. After all, you know better. If you disagree, you need a coach to show you where you are, full of #2. Unless you are Woke, then you are coaching the rest of us.I am doing my Woke best not to offend anyone and to agree with everyone. I am using the term #2 instead of the dirty word. This edition is the "Woke" edition and intended to be a tongue-in-cheek look at the idea that any group of people has "found the way." Think of the hubris in that and how small-minded that sounds. Anyone who tells you they found the way, run away. I say that to my clients. Think Jim Jones (for the Woke crowd, don't google him it will offend you) or the "sneaker cult." We all have our journey that is as different as our fingerprints. There are over seven billion people on Earth, and each one has a unique purpose. Someday, maybe, we will learn to embrace our differences and come to understand that we are here to grow through acceptance."This idea of purity and you're never compromised and you're always politically woke and all that stuff, you should get over that quickly," the 58-year-old said while speaking at the Obama Foundation Summit in Chicago. "The world is messy. There are ambiguities. People who do really good stuff have flaws."Obama's pointed warning that social media enables "woke" people to be "as judgmental as possible."Thank you, President Obama. I couldn't have said it better. Let's get started.
, I began researching people considered great thinkers throughout the ages. I found that they all seemed to share a common thread of wisdom. How did they come to this knowledge? I have no proof, but I suspect they all possessed a knowing from God or the Universe itself. The "knowing" of these sages can guide us if only we can overcome our hubris, the part of our mind that thinks, "we know it all." Or perhaps by reading about their life experiences and considering their advice, we can avoid some of the pitfalls that life presented to them. As my coach, Mike Shereck, aptly put it, "This book is a conduit of the Sages that allows eachperson to apply the wisdom to their journey."
