Pipe Major Mick Hardin BEM had an incredible life. He was worshiped by his men in the 4th Royal Tank Regiment of the UK. It seems Mick was not your average U.K. Military Officer. There are stories surrounding him. I was sent as the Liaison to the Royal Tank Regiments from the Clan Rose of the Highlands in Scotland to obtain from him, his stories. The 4th Royal Tank Regiment is the last Scottish Clan Affiliated Military Regiment. My task was to get his stories before he passed from Cancer. I had a hard time limit to acquire his stories. 10 days in June.
It is no secret that the enemy is destroying homes and attacking the very definition of family. It is the enemy's mission to derail God's plans for our families. According to God's Word, our sons were created to be the spiritual leader of the home. Therefore we as Christian parents should make it our mission to speak God's Word over and to our sons. Empowering them and encouraging them through God's Word that they are mighty warriors for Christ. Possessing a Godly humility seasoned with love and authority.
Every child will suffer a bereavement at some point, and this book helps them through the process in a uniquely imaginative and positive way: in the form of a diary written by 11-year-old Danny. Danny is partway through his final year of junior school when his grandmother dies. In his diary, he records events, feelings, reactions - and the simple, homely strategies he, his Mom and their friends and neighbours use to move them through the various stages of grief. The story is sensitively written and is compelling and convincing. Children - and the adults caring for them, including those going through loss themselves - will find it comforting and reassuring.

My testimony speaks about rejection. Growing up, I was bound for many years, being consumed with rejection. As a young girl, those feelings and emotions lead me to seek love, acceptance, and approval in the things of the world, leaving me broken, jaded, tainted, and scarred. If I would have only known and understood how greatly loved, cherished, and adored I was in the Lord's eyes, I wouldn't have gone searching for that fulfillment in the world. God's Word is life-changing! It is a chain-breaking kind of power! It's setting the captive free kind of power! It's powerful, and speaking God's Word over our daughters will bring true understanding of whom God created them to be and how greatly loved and cherished they are.In this generation, the pressures of social media trends and the influences of the world are more now than ever. As a Christian parent, speaking God's Word over our children is needed now, more than flesh and blood can bear. It's essential. It's necessary. It is a vital tool in raising our children to truly comprehend their worth and importance, their uniqueness, and the vast magnitude of love the Lord has for His children.

Drawing heavily from the State Papers of the King, Henry VIII and the Merchants traces Stephen Vaughan's careers as a servant of Thomas Cromwell and of Henry VIII in the 16th century. Stephen Vaughan, a Londoner with an international outlook, was a member of the Company of Merchant Taylors, as well as a Merchant Adventurer in the Low Countries. As a young man Vaughan was drawn into the employ of Thomas Cromwell and worked in his private office. Thus, Vaughan became heavily involved in the world of government and court politics at a time when the style, tempo and effectiveness of official life in London was changing rapidly and the world was quickly opening up as his travels to Europe drew him into the enticing world of business and finance. For the first time, this notable study uncovers the secrets of Vaughan's life from his relatively humble beginning to his high power career as an ambassador, spy, and financial agent of the crown on the Bourse at Antwerp. What is more, on a wider canvas this intimate tale shows how individuals were affected by and reacted to the drastic changes in religion, politics and everyday life under the tumultuous reign of Henry VIII.
