1929. Part 20. Translated by Joshua Kunitz and Moissaye J. Olgin. The only edition authorized by the V.I. Lenin Institute, Moscow. International Publishers was the publishing house of the Communist Party, U.S.A. and reprinted the Soviet editions of these works. According to an editor's note, this will be the only authorized translation of Lenin's writings from 1893 to 1924.
