"Decades of research attest to the psychological benefits of exercise, documenting improved psychological functioning for specific disorders as well as biological systems. Notable trends include the reduction of psychological symptoms (e.g., anxiety, depression), increases in self-esteem, facilitation of neurogenesis, enhancement of cognitive functioning, and improvements in stress response. The majority of these studies call for increased utilization of exercise interventions within clinical practice. However, decades of exercise research and the two existing studies on practice habits suggest that exercise continues to be widely underutilized. The data suggest that clinicians believe exercise is beneficial; they report high confidence and rates of utilization in exercise interventions; however, they also report low levels of education in exercise psychology."

The purpose of this qualitative descriptive study was to explore how consumers in a social media group in North Texas describe the influence of their favourite sports celebrities on their interest in, evaluation of, and purchase of products the athlete has endorsed. Prior empirical research contributed to the topic of this study and is the anchor of the research. The defined problem space aligns with research conducted on the subject and the suggestions of their authors for future research. Celebrity endorsements are a commonly used strategy for marketing communication efforts. Through celebrity endorsements, a firm hopes to connect its product or service with consumers based on the credibility of the celebrity. A person is defined as a celebrity if they have a significant profile in the entertainment or sports industries and recognition by the general public based on their accomplishments (Friedman & Friedman, 1979; Nanda & Khandelwal, 2017)

Mental health has risen in the social consciousness of Americans in recent years.Celebrities and professional athletes have helped to bring new awareness regarding mental health with their actions. Simone Biles, an Olympic gymnast, had to withdraw from team events during the Summer Olympics Games in 2021. Singer/actress Demi Lovato has openly discussed her battles with eating disorders and bipolar disorder. These examples of celebrities openly discussing their personal experiences has helped to make mental health a more open conversation in American society (Heiser, 2021; Silva, 2021).There have been several research studies that have added to the problem space of the study.

In 2017, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) declared a public health emergency concerning the opioid crisis in the United States. In 2016, the department reported that 116 individuals died every day from opioid-related overdoses, resulting in more than 42,000 deaths that year (DHHS, 2018). Presently, the DHHS refers to this crisis as an epidemic. The government, public health providers, scientists, and clinicians appear to be at a loss for answers to combat the epidemic as they explore the addicted brain, medication-assisted treatments, and community intervention programs such as needle exchanges and injection sites. These interventions are highly controversial in some parts of the United States, due to the societal stigma surrounding addiction (National Institute on Drug Abuse [NIDA], 2019).

Every year the National Football League (NFL) conducts an employee draft where 32 professional teams select athletes to fill specific team openings with eligible college football players. In preparation for draft day, teams invest much time and money researching more than 500 potential draft prospects with the objective of selecting players who will be the best match for their team environment. However, less than 9% of the players selected on draft day and those acquired shortly after as free agents are on a team roster on opening day (Pompei, 2005). Furthermore, once selections are made and contracts are signed, the quality of draft day decisions is often left unevaluated.

Niccolo di Bernardo dei Machiavelli (1469-1527) was an Italian writer, diplomat, and political theorist in Florence, Italy (De Grazia, 1994). Machiavelli wrote and published many books and plays but is most famous, and infamous, for one book. In The Prince, Machiavelli developed series of thoughts and methods on obtaining and maintaining power, even when facing adversity (De Grazia, 1994; Ledeen, 2000; M cAlpine, 1999). Originally addressed to princes and nobilities of 16th Century Italy,The Prince became a manual for future generations of organizational and political leaders and entrepreneurs alike.without doubt princes become great when they overcome the difficulties and obstacles by which they are confronted .... For this reason many consider that a prince, when he has the opportunity, ought with craft to foster some animosity against himself, so that, having crushed it, his renown may rise higher. (M achiavelli, trans. 1992, p. 98)

Common sedentary behaviors, such as television viewing, computer usage, and game console usage, have been associated in developing countries with significantly reduced physical activity levels, especially in children. This modern lifestyle has led to an increased amount of sedentary time, which is associated with obesity and other health-related complications (Owen, Healy, Matthews, & Dunstan, 2010). These abrupt health risks can have long-term consequences for children and adolescents, which affect them in adulthood(Surgeon General's Report, 2010). The lack of physical education standards contributes to childhood obesity. If physical education (PE) teachers have a better understanding of physical fitness education standards, the obesity rates among children and adolescents might be altered. The purpose of this study was to determine the health-related fitness knowledge of physical education teachers and their personal physical activity levels.

Entrepreneurship is an ideal means for females to generate income (Gordon, 2007; Helms, 1997). Entrepreneurship is the process of creating something different or new that has intrinsic value. Among other activities, it can include developing new products or identifying new markets (Low & Macmillian, 1988; Wiklund & Shepard, 2003). An entrepreneur may be defined as an individual who identifies an opportunity, undertakes a risk, and organizes the resources, both human and monetary, to create an organization that provides a good or service in order to generate a profit. Entrepreneurial business activity accounts for roughly half of all business innovation and half of the U.S. nonfarm, private, gross domestic product (Chavern & McKernan, 2013). About 10 million adults in the United States attempt to create a business or entrepreneurial endeavor each year.
