At the foundation of Sleight of Mouth is the realization that words can create worlds. Language is a pivotal part of how we humans create our maps and models of reality, for better or for worse. Over the past several years, a team of consultants from the Dilts Strategy Group has conducted a research project to model the key success factors-"the differences that makes the difference"-required to increase the capacity for Collective Intelligence within groups and organizations.
