The poet Steve retells a history of his family life, travel adventures and philosophical thoughts, having come from UK at age 7 and settled in Sydney. The poems come under three headings, Family, Philosophy and Travel. "Family" describes the circumstances of his birth, and his wife''s, along with personal developments over the years since, including his experience of schizophrenia since 1980, having been medicated up to the present day. "Philosophy" describes his Christian religious opinions and other thoughts. "Travel" describes tourist adventures he has experienced in Australia and elsewhere, many since marriage to Catherine in 2001. All are meant to be taken in good humour.

I find its rather ironic that this book I wrote is, too, made from a time of indifference. It was written in Victoria''s Melbourne and designed by a company in South Australia''s Adelaide. Which of course has 30 minutes to an hour time delay in-between both states of Australia. This makes the timeframe, not the same, yet dates unlike my story the very same. Quite ironic don''t you think?

He becomes a witness not believed by the police, who nevertheless cannot fault his account of what has transpired, and in the end are led by him to the murderers'' compound where a dramatic standoff occurs. His part as witness in apprehending the villains being so vaporous and phantastic, was never acknowledged. But the truth was in his mind and he proved it.Oldfelladreaming is intriguing and highly addictive! A very good read for those who like a murder mystery spiced with believable science fiction.
