The Following is a Brief Introduction into MadnessBy: Kate Taylor DickinsonAn anthology brought together by the passage of time. In which a naive young girl meets another naive girl. They become two worlds that slowly drift apart across the chess board till only their kings remain. Standing on opposite ends, still moving further apart. Time can change us, them and relationships into the very thing you never thought they could become. Non death loss, can feel a lot like losing something very special. Even if they were only standing in your way. The good, the bad and ugly memories flood in slowly at first. Mixing together based on your mood. Remember them all and feel what you must. Grief isn't brief or linear. It's big, and comes crashing down when we least expect it. So find someone new to play mermaids with and relearn how to swim.Ending thoughts.Peace comes hard, when peace comes easy.Hearts often break, but never break even.As much as I wrote this book about you, I really wrote it for you. For your Gemini sun, craved knowledge and this would be the road map to how your pain flowed. For your aquarius moon made you wish for people to see you for the individual you are. So it couldn't be generic. And you Capricorn rising wanted financial gain, so I sold it.In the way my scorpio sun wanted vengeance, and my cancer rising wanted to feel rather than move on. My Taurus moon wouldn't let me forget so I wrote this book. Therein lies the beauty of pain. May she grant you a harder road for the next simple choice of walking away.

Three Summers, a Fall, and One Winter: Hanging On to Your Sanity During Insane TimesBy: Ron Breazeale, PhD.A psychologist returns to his hometown in Tennessee during the pandemic to spend time with a childhood friend battling cancer and to solve the mystery of the disappearance 50 years ago of a fellow employee at a state psychiatric hospital they both worked at in the late '60s and to finally let go of the anger he carried with him when he left the South for a career in New England."Dr. Breazeale and I grew up in a small southern town at a time when life seemed idyllic, at least to us kids. Ron gives us a personal trip through the coming of age that we all experienced as we went out into the "real world." He deftly weaves this into several stories about his friends and in the process provides a moving and entertaining read."- Fred H. Smith, PhD, biological anthropologist and friend"Breazeale's well-written and vivid personal memories add valuable detail in context of the history of Eastern State Psychiatric Hospital and the countercultural era of the University of Tennessee."- Jack Neely, writer and editor, Knoxville History Project"Drawn in by a decades-old unsolved disappearance and the death of his childhood friend, Dr. Breazeale gives us an introspective and candid look at Tennessee and the "old South," modern-day northern New England, and his reconciliation of these two opposing cultures. Engaging and insightful, his story reminds us of what's important, what should be remembered, and what should be left behind."- Joseph Mazziotti, retired attorney and judgeFor more information and a collage of photographs from the summers of 1968, 1969, 2020, and 2021 visit: www.abilitycoach.net

The Similars: A NovelBy: Thani NaqoThe events of this fiction-like novel take place in the southern United States. An Albanian young man, nicknamed Chaplin, has entered the United States illegally to fulfill his dream of becoming a Hollywood actor. However, he must survive hard work as a gardener and, in order to be legalized, he must find a wife with American citizenship.By chance he met Susie, a stripper. She abandoned him and he did not know whether she was dead or alive, when after five years he received the ominous message, "Honey, meet me before I kill myself..."The message is not only the connecting point, but is also a retrospective organizing element of all the parallel events in this novel. The generation-to-generation inheritance of aspects of life creates what we often call a country's traditions. However, as immigrants engage with the American Free Lifestyle, it takes a lot of time with young people, but it happens that a lifetime is not enough.Because of the "pink undertones," the reader will initially assume that this is a novel about love, but in the first few pages it will reveal the counterpoint between American life and the traditions of nationalities. Eroticism is used by the author, as a Chinese Shan, to blast American-style sexual freedom, while revealing aspects of economic and philosophical relationships. In this novel, events are narrated with cinematic techniques, while the literary style turns them into an artistic example, says Kosta Nake: Albanian literary analyst, writer and publicist.About the AuthorThani Naqo was born in 1953. He is an Albanian writer and poet. He graduated as a Senior Economist and specialized as a screenwriter from Tirana Institute of Arts.Thani Naqo, with his family, has been living in the United States since 1997.
