Dysmenorrhea may be a painful menstrual cramp of uterine origin. it's the foremost common gynaecologic complaints in adolescence and young women. Major symptoms including pain, school performance and adverse effect on lifestyle, causing recurrent short-term school absenteeism among female adolescents. Primary dysmenorrhoea is defined as cramping pain in the lower abdomen that occurs just before or during menstruation with-out identifiable pelvic pathology.
The purpose of the study was to find out the isolated effect of plyometric and complex training on selected physical fitness, psychomotor and body composition variables of school boys. To achieve the purpose of the present study, forty five school boys were selected as subjects at random and their ages ranged from 15 to 17 years. The subjects were divided into three equal groups of fifteen each. Group I acted as Experimental Group I (Plyometric training), Group II acted as Experimental Group II (Complex training) Group III acted as control group. The requirement of the experiment procedures, testing as well as exercise schedule was explained to the subjects so as to get full co-operation of the effort required on their part and prior to the administration of the study.
