The Bluegrass Writers Coalition is a gathering of authors who work to promote literature in all forms across Kentucky. In From Pen to Page, the members of BWC share their talents and their hearts. In this selection of poetry, fiction, nonfiction, devotionals, and nostalgia, you will... ... stroll across the Plaza de la Enfants beneath a blazing sun.... experience the fresh signs of morning as the world awakens around you.... stand beside an ancient wood-burning stove, your mouth watering from the aroma of homemade biscuits.... feel long-dead memories stir to life at the kiss of a loved one.... glide through rushing waters in search of a place to belong.... find comfort in the whistle of a passing train.>BWC members are active writers in all genres who believe that the printed word enhances the lives of writers and readers. The coalition endeavors to showcase writers and their works through discussions, readings, and book-signing events. The BWC meets the second Thursday of each month and is open to all writers.
