Bag om Harlow
Somewhere in the eighteenth century, a nobleman wakes up in a strange bed, as his host has vanished. Sunlight hurts his skin, and normal food no longer nourishes him. As Harlow has to learn step by step about what he has become, he finds his values having changed drastically, no longer feeling part of the life that he once had. When the Christian people of the town gather to put an end to the man they now believe to have been taken by a demon, Harlow takes matters in his own hands, embracing what he has become. Just as he finds himself staring down an eternity of loneliness, the most unlikely being for the task, finds a young, orphaned girl in trouble, who he raises as his own daughter. An illness befalls her, leaving her only the option to either accept her inevitable fate, or find a way to make the vampiric blood heal her, without turning into a vampire herself. As everything goes wrong, Harlow is tasked with trying to save his daughter, even if salvation might cause him to resort to extreme measures.
