If you decide that it is or that it could be, then move forward with the exercise throughout the day just as you would with the other words that resonate with you. If after reading the definition, you find that a particular word is not one that you want to have hold meaning for you, that's fine. Simply, go back to a previous day and to an "I AM" statement with a word that does resonate with you, and repeat the exercise with that word. As noted, when done diligently, by the end of one year, you will likely notice a positive shift in the level of your vibrational energy and in how you tend to speak regarding the use of positive versus negative statements. You will also likely find yourself becoming naturally more mindful in your use of "I AM" statements in general.
