Three years ago, Christine Adams would never have thought that she would be an escapee from a prison built to detain teenagers with unnatural abilities, converse casually with demons on a daily basis, or depend on a group of the strangest, most mysterious people she had ever met; but here she was, abruptly being thrown into a situation where others were turning to her for help.
