Chapter 9 consists of Human Resource Management in Islam and includes: introduction; principles of the building blocks of 'hrm' in Islam; principles and values of an Islamic management system applied to 'HRM'; and concluding remarks. Chapter 10 consists of Islamic approach to time and self management and includes: introduction; principles of time and self management in Islam; and time management of managerial functions in the light of the Quran. Chapter 11 consists of coping with stress in the light of religious teachings and includes: introduction; belief that destiny is predetermined reduces stress; coping with stress through religious teachings; description and importance of zikr in stress management; duas when in stressful condition; Islamic underlying processes for stress management; Islamic stress coping mechanisms.
