Lucky in LIfe - John Hammond - Bog

Justin Fox, 15, is an excellent baseball player. He goes all out to be the best he can be. Otherwise, he's pretty average and the fact that he comes from a money-poor rural home seldom enters his mind. Near the end of this sophomore year his dog, Lucky, becomes very sick. Because of the vet's bill, he can't take his girlfriend (the beautiful, understanding Meagan) to the Spring Dance. Watch for the terrifying - yet wonderful - encounter with the grizzly bear. His best friend is Billy, a self-described 'p\spoiled brat'. Can he rally form his batting slump? What about Lucky? Will he take Meagan to the dance? Do rich brats really ever change?
