The North Shore of Lake Superior was a family summer vacation when I was a kid, it's where I met my wife, where we hiked to remember my Dad after his death, where my brother was married, and where my family continues to find peace. All the images in this coloring book come from our photographs and memories of the North Shore. A small photograph is printed opposite each drawing. You'll notice big and small differences between them. I drew each page to balance pattern, fine detail, and big open spaces to make the images more interesting. The colors of the North Shore are distinctive with different seasonal hues. Color these pages just the way you want! Use your imagination to create something beautiful. Space is also available to record memories of time spent on the North Shore. Hike on ridgeline trails, listen to thundering waterfalls, or sit quietly at the shore.
