Bag om Partnership With The Holy Spirit
The term "partnership" means "the cooperation of two or more in a venture or challenge." "It is a union of two in a relationship in which each party has an obligation to the satisfaction and success of each other yet maintains a certain individual independence." Such partnerships exist in business and brotherly companionship, marriage and ministry, law enforcement agencies and laboring, and in government. However, it should also exist between the Holy Trinity and Humanity. As you can see by the passage of Scripture (Philippians 2:13) written on the previous page, man was created by God to work together in fulfilling His plan for Planet Earth and the people thereof. The Heavenly Father, The Humbled Son of God and the Holy Spirit designed a plan in which they would work within humanity to create a life style that would be pure, positive and profitable; as well, as inherit a promise of eternal life. The Apostle Paul wrote in both of the recorded letters to the church of Corinth that "we are laborers together with God." (Check out 1 Corinthians 3:9 and 2 Corinthians 6:1). The Apostle also declared that we would achieve our expected goal only as we unite with the Spirit of God while walking and working in this life. He declared that we must yield our self and become yoked with God (that is, enter into a partnership) in order to possess the power to overcome the obstacles and take advantage of the opportunities to become what was originally planned for our life. Listen to his comments found in God's Word. "I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who infuses inner strength into me; I am self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency]" (Philippians 4:13 AMP). "We are made more than conquerors through Him that loved us" (Romans 8:37). "I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me" (Galatians 2:20). Each of these verses produces comfort, courage and confidence in a genuine partnership. Let us accept the challenge to unite with God and allow Him to work within our fleshly nature to become
