This is an anthology which will focus on how to grow as a person through the difficult stages. The aim of this book is to get the reader to understand how to renovate themselves through the many walks of life and to take time to reflect on where they went wrong in their process and what seems to be the positive course of action appropriate for themselves. The reader will inevitably see when they delve into the chapters of this book just how important self-care is and mental health are in their healing journey. There will be topics such as morning thoughts and late evening thoughts which allows the reader to reflect and think about what they need to do to live positively. There will be other topics such as spiritual psychology which emphasises on the religious perspective of life - how the mind and soul works.
